General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the website pawpuur.com by the company Pawpuur, registered under SIREN number 838 041 341 00028, and whose registered office is located at 15, Impasse des Epinguy, 74100 Vétraz-Monthoux, France.
1. Ordering Procedure
Orders can be placed directly on our website. The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart. Once the selection is complete, they can proceed to payment by following the instructions provided. Order confirmation implies acceptance of these GTC.
2. Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, via Stripe or Klarna. All transactions are secure, and bank details are not stored on our servers.
3. Delivery
Delivery is free to all countries, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 days. Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be notified by email.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision.

Pawpuur cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products. Pawpuur’s liability is limited to the order amount.
